This posting is way overdue because my wife and I have been on an amazing journey together since we got married on Oct. 2nd 2021 at the Cabins.

We searched for a venue that allowed us to maintain our creativity rather than be told this is when your cocktail hour starts and when first dance will happen. The owners give you autonomy to create an amazing experience that your guests will love. The one thing you need more of when interacting with family and friends is time and you get plenty of that with the weekend package.

Wedding party arrived Thursday night to help unpack decorations and get settled into their own cabins which are onsite (14 total)! Friday, we set up a welcome BBQ with bartender to greet any guests that just arrived from out of town and were staying down the hill at Strawberry Inn (8 min walk or 30 second drive away). 110 guests out of 140 showed up to meet new people, tell stories, play games and sit by the fire. Looking back at this day, we are so grateful we had this time since the wedding day will fly by with pictures, speeches and unforgettable moments,

Saturday morning our wedding planner Kmarie weddings (Website here) https://kmarieweddings.com/about-kylie helped to organize the vendors showing up which included caterer, air-conditioned bathrooms (for extra bathrooms other than ones located in guest’s cabins), a Trailer bar for special cocktail station, the DJ, photographer and additional decorations we had delivered to be spread throughout the property.

The owners are constantly making improvements to the property. 1 year after signing our contract we found out that new dinning tables & chairs, ceremony chairs with arch and huge outdoor pergola roof top had been installed on the property and we loved it.

If you want an experience that you can control all creativity then Cabins on Strawberry hill is the place to do just that.

I got married here last year in October, it was absolutely beautiful. Not only is this place gorgeous for a wedding but you get the entire property for a couple of days for the event. The entire staff was nothing but friendly, we mostly worked with Rick and he was just awesome. He even told us to come back for our anniversary and he would set aside a cabin for us, and he did just that. We love the cabins and plan on coming back every year. If you have any thoughts of getting married up north, this is the place to do it. My wedding was a fairytale and the atmosphere the cabins provide is unmatched.

We just had my daughter s wedding at this location this weekend. They help us plan and execute this in 3 months. It was a beautiful venue and the people there are every friendly. I want Thank Jason for help my handicapped brother in law get back and forth to the wedding place an back to his chair you rock man. Thank you

I attended a wedding here and the venue was absolutely perfection!

My daughter and her now husband just had the most spectacular wedding you could imagine.
The breathtaking location, extremely cute cabins with very comfortable beds, and the amenities offered made the 3 day event unforgettable.
On arrival we checked in and had a rehearsal dinner. Day 2 we threw the soon to be bride a shower while the guys went golfing. Then in the afternoon everyone drove to Payson for a fun football game with all the guys while the girls cheered them on. Followed by a BBQ that evening.
Wedding day was the most incredible experience. From the guy helping set up chairs so perfectly, to the team cleaning all the table and chair and asking if we needed anything was such a blessing.
If you are looking not only for a wedding but for a 3 day family’s coming together event or party then this is the location.
The backdrop is out of this world, we had elk roaming through every day and lighting is so romantic.

I want to Thank you for such an incredible venue and all the hospitality that we received. Everyone has had nothing but positive things to say about Cabins at Strawberry. As they planned the wedding and we looked at venues and compared costs, amenities, hotels, etc… They couldn’t have picked a better location. Your price point for what you get is phenomenal compared to others and we couldn’t be happier with how things went, how you guys treated our family and the welcoming atmosphere you all have created. I own StarStruck Event Planning and had the pleasure of planning a wedding at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill for a client recently. I can’t say enough good things about this venue and the owners who run it. First, this venue makes for such a perfect and beautiful wedding location and backdrop. And secondly, the owners are a pleasure to work with. Very organized, professional and willing to accommodate and customize the experience for the clients. I highly recommend this venue for a wedding event or any other type of event.

My wife and I have been staying here since 2005 and we call it our paradise in the woods. The resort has great amenities, the property is 1st class all the way due to the fabulous owners.They go above and beyond to make sure their guests have an awesome experience.That is why we keep coming back. If you want amazing views, peace and quiet and affordability this is the place to come.

We recently held our Wedding at the Cabins on Strawberry Hill in mid May. The weather was perfect and grounds were beautiful. The cabins are cozy and clean. Our guests and ourselves were extremely satisfied with the accommodations.

Rick, Jason, and Amanda made the whole weekend special for us and allowed us to create our own event on their property. They provided everything we needed and even helped us out with a last minute roaster. They were extremely helpful and supportive with helping us create our perfect day. The property is kept in immaculate condition and is absolutely gorgeous.

We spent our weekend playing volleyball and basketball as well as hiking. We grilled out Friday night and were able to spend quality time with the family and friends spending the night. There was a nice combination of people being active along with guests lounging in the sun relaxing. On the day of the Wedding Jason had everything set up way ahead of schedule and was helpful. The day was perfect and we spent the night dancing under bistro lighting and making Smores.

The weekend was magical with our families and friends. Our guests will not stop talking about the amazing weekend and wedding. This is the perfect place to make memories!

I could write a novel about how great this place is. The owners really take excellent care of the property. I live in Phoenix and took a trip to the resort when searching for a wedding venue. As a native, I was surprised at how I have never heard of the town of Strawberry. Upon arriving, I instantly fell in love and knew that I found the perfect venue. Aside from the lush views and groomed landscaping, the owners are the nicest and most down-to-earth people I have ever met in my life. I primarily communicated with Jason but everyone I met was so kind and made the overall process very easy.

This family-owned resort has a lot of fun amenities for everyone to enjoy. My family enjoyed playing basketball, tetherball, Ping-Pong, and the playground area. They also enjoyed hiking as well. We stayed for a total of three nights and that did not feel like a long enough time to enjoy everything the cabins had to offer.

The resort makes for a great family getaway for a wedding as well because we’re able to do a resort takeover. Friday night, the two families were able to have a nice picnic-style dinner under string lighting and make s’mores around the fire pit afterward. There was enough lighting to still enjoy everyone’s company and still play a few games of Ping-Pong as well. Since most of my wedding guests knew each other, it was nice to let the kids run around and have sleep overs in different cabins.

My actual wedding day was the best day I ever had and a large part of that is due to the venue. The weather, amazing views, and tranquility along with the company of family and close friends made everything special. Further, before we departed, Jason was kind enough to stop to congratulate us on our union and just showed how much he truly cared and appreciated us. We definitely plan on coming back for our one-year anniversary. Thank you, thank you, thank you for such a great weekend!

The folks here worked with us very well to host a wedding group for the entire weekend and host 150 guests. Everything was perfect. All the guests were delighted and couldn’t believe how wonderful this place was. It was a great choice to host a wedding.

Stayed here for the first time with family from outside the state. We all will be coming back. Perfect place to stay, many thanks to Jason and family for this experience.
